Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I ordered blackened salmon but it wasn’t tasty and did not have enough seasoning. I also ordered a glass of wine which was served in a glass full of stain. I asked the server to change the glass for me which she did, but only to bring it back in a wet glass!! Simple things can go long way! Just a bit attention to details….

Came here for Veterans Day and I haven’t eaten at a Red Robin’s in YEARS. But this not from the manager meant a lot. Not only was it handwritten, but she came up and personally talked to me thanking me and after +16 years of service I truly appreciate the hospitality. This place is veteran friendly, humble, honest, and sweet.

This was my third time attempting to dine here, and unfortunately it will be my last. The first two times, I left without eating due to the extremely long wait times. This time, I decided to give it one more chance and waited over 30 minutes—which is unacceptable, especially on a Sunday between 3–4 PM, when restaurants should be prepared for weekend traffic. For two people, we waited about 40 minutes just to be seated, despite the restaurant being fairly empty. After being seated, service was still slow and inattentive. While I understand that being understaffed happens, that is not the customer’s responsibility—management needs to step up and properly staff and organize the floor. The bathrooms were disgusting. You could smell urine from the waiting area, which is completely unacceptabl

I have eaten inside of establishment once, but placed to-go orders on several occasions. I absolutely their burgers and the ease of placing online orders. My issue is the amount of food given especially on to-go orders. I ordered 4 to-go burgers and fries without any drinks or additional items. This order cost me $75 after taxes and a small tip. The picture is what all 4 burgers plates looked like. For $14+ per burger meal, I should have received a whole lot more fries than this juvenile fistful of fries. I'm gonna to need y'all to do better than this.

Came in for a Burger to go not too long ago. Brady was friendly, well mannered and super hospitable and made my experience much better! The food was also hot and very tastey. I could not recommend anywhere and anyone else for burger cravings and fot Brady to prepare the food for me.
