Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Me and a few friends celebrated the other day, and we came in and led to our seat fairly quickly. The staff was kind, had plenty of seating. Unfortunately we had sat there for about 20 minutes before someone came to take our order. Although I must say, the waitress was very helpful and thorough, kept our fries and drinks rolling, and we had a pleasant rest of our visit. The food was good, thank goodness for their Keto-friendly lettuce wrap alternative. I had the whiskey BBQ burger, very tastey. We are appreciative and will be returning in the future.

Went on a late Saturday afternoon. The staff was friendly but seemed that everyone and everything was very slow. So a four stars is my visit rating today. The food was not as good either…..Which is not the norm, so again 4 stars! Maybe since we went during off hours between busy times we got the left over or relaxed staff. All good however! My kids were happy and I was treating them. I just enjoyed my time there. Good atmosphere!

Red Robin used to be a one of my favorite places to go. It will be a while before I try them again. After being seated promptly server took over 10 minutes just to come by and get drink orders. Took over an hr to get food and it was cold. Not even look warm and when we said something she just said sorry we are busy we can remake it. At that point wasn’t going to wait longer for food. So paid bill and left. Pretty disappointed especially it wasn’t any busier than any other time we have went. But cold ribs, fries and a burger isn’t acceptable.

The kitchen was on point tonight!!! Beautiful presentation. Jessica, Ashley, George, Zach and Nick were wonderful! Definitely led to a phenomenal experience!!!
