Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

This place has consistently gone downhill. Bugs in food. “Manager” Kyra is super rude and smells like hotdog water. The burgers are always burnt and fries are old and cold.

Was surprised by my visit to this location. Been to many red robin locations throughout Washington state and was expecting a similar experience. Holiday weekend so wasn't expecting over the top service but the wait staff dropped off our food and didn't ever follow up or check on us. After trying to flag someone down for over 5 minutes, someone finally came over. Was quite disappointed and probably will never be back there again.

Usually really good food! We love their bottomless fries and always end up taking some home with sauce. Servers are mostly nice and attentive too! During this specific visit we got the Monster Double and chicken tenders both with fries and sauces. All of it was delicious!

First off the food was delicious and picture perfect and secondly our waitress was fantastic and it was a pleasant warm atmosphere

I can't believe myself. My family and I have been here several times, and I haven't left a single comment on our experience. Every time we've been here. We have been served on by such great waiters. Just this time, we were waited on by the sweetest lady (forgive me for not catching a name). She was so attentive to what we needed. She spared an extra minute for what our two little ones had to say. My husband got a BBQ burnt end bacon burger. I had the Southwest salad. My girls had a cheeseburger, a classic pepperoni, and cheese pizza. Yes, it was a bit chilly, especially if you get seated by the door, but the food and service make up for it.
