Customer Reviews
I love coming to red robins, especially to this location. Not once have I had a bad experience with them. The service is always good. Ive always had this one server. He is very sweet I think his name starts with a C. I’m not to sure, anyways my food always turns out very nice. I usually order the cheeseburger. The food was amazing. It came out very fast and quick. I definitely recommend this location!!
UPDATE: email I was provided with does not work - Story time: I went 12/28 a little after 9pm. The three in my party stood at the entrance for a good five minutes moving into their view incase they didn't hear the loud bell the door makes when someone walks in... after some eye contact the bartender and kitchen staff were still cleaning up... When we finally asked the bartender about getting sat she said that after 9pm its takeout only... and yet we were never asked if we had an order, if we wanted to put one in, or redirected in anyway until we went into the bar to ask the woman (who was standing at the sink that you can see from the entrance) if we could be seated. So the moral of the story is don't go after 9 to this location, the night shift will ignore you... Maybe if you want takeo
We arrived hungry after a show in Portland. Most of the employees were either on their phones or chatting with each other. Several tables we were walked past on the way to our clean two-top were not cleaned or made ready for nightly shutdown (arrived around 9pm Sunday, one hour before close) We had to ask the bartender (who didn't appear to be busy) if we could have our order taken. One of the bus-staff who was evidently training to join the wait staff took our order and handed it off to the bartender. My wife went through the restaurant and noted an 11-person table covered in leftover dishes and not clean, right at the same time that the other staff including the shift leader(?) were on their phones. The best part of our experience was the food. It was made quickly, with care and attenti
They have several options for people with various types of allergies, which makes this place easy to. From French fries to steamed broccoli, a standard bun or Burger wrapped in lettuce, they have something for everyone. Certain people in our family have allergies, so this makes Red Robin a place we can all eat at. Every time we've mentioned food allergies, they take it seriously. They also let us know who their suppliers are so we can check ingredients if needed. They've had no problem keeping the bottomless sides topped off and the drinks topped off. Only downside is the prices, which unfortunately is the case everywhere these days. We have no problem returning here, especially with the way the servers and the kitchen always pay attention to allergies.
Came in got seated and the waiter brought us dirty silverware and I don't mean water marks dirty there was potatoes all over them. Then we got our drinks she carried then over by the rim and guess she's never heard of washing hands because there was dirt rings now on our cups. The burgers we ordered came pretty fast, that was nice the fries were good but the burger it self seemed and tasted like week old grease and burnt food it had a caramelized grease ring on it from old grease burning to it.
