Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Very busy at the time we arrived. Luckily didn't have to wait to be seated in a booth. My wife and I ordered fish and chips to share. When they were brought to us, they were just barely warm. The fish with fish and chips needs to be hot. I sent them back. After some time more was brought, they were definitely hotter than the first pieces, but still could have been hotter. The waitress seemed very preoccupied, I had to wave down service several times. I am not sure what has happened to customer service in the last few years, but managers use to be involved when they are issues with food. I never saw a manager, no one came to talk to me about the cold fish. I guess all the restaurants just expect customers to shut up and eat. 😞

Oh my GOSH it was so good! Food was incredible, beverages were incredible, waitress was so fun! Wish I got her name. Such a good restaurant!

The burgers were nice and juicy, the brussel sprout appetizer with Mike's hot honey was delicious and the onion rings were deep, fried and tasty. Our server was really nice and attentive. And the restaurant was clean and well lit with plenty of TVs for sports. Everything seemed reasonably priced and well portioned.

Kids size bbq chicken sandwich, sandwich was more cold than warm. Could have been a one off but the size of sandwich was small.

It has been years since we have been at the Valley RR. Stopped in for lunch yesterday and even though they were extremely busy both in the main restaurant and the bar--we received super friendly and efficient service. My husband said the chicken sandwich was one of the best he's ever had. I've had Donato's pizza in Ohio and loved it but wasn't sure how the thin crust local version would be...and WOW! Amazing..sooo good! Crispy pepperoni, slightly sweet sauce with big chunks of fresh pineapple on every piece...not soggy, mushy canned stuff and I love the square cut! Our server Ty did everything just right. He was there when we needed him but he didn't hound us either. A manager walked by and acknowledged us too...this place was running like a well oiled machine.
