Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I wish I could give them 12 stars!!! They have the best gluten free buns I have ever tasted! As a celiac it is a rare occurrence to order a burger and not have the bun fall apart. I loved them so much I ordered only buns to take home too. Oh, and to top that they have a dedicated GF fryer. And my food came clearly marked as allergy safe. The food was delicious and the staff was super nice and knowledgeable! Picture for proof when I bit it it didn't fall apart! Celiacs will understand 😂

I very rarely give 1 star, but here it is necessary.My stomach is a quality product tester, this establishment has not been tested! Everything is done in terrible oil that has been used for more than two days.I haven't eaten such a terrible burger for a long time. DO NOT RECOMMEND! DON'T WASTE TIME AND MONEY ON BURGERS! Potatoes were good for this 1 star!

When we were seated, the host brought us wet plates that had sauce residue still on them. When I mentioned the plates were dirty, he responded that it was “just sauce” while bringing sauce for our fried pickles. Regardless, guests should not be served wet plates with leftover food on them. We then waited almost over an hour for our food to arrive. That is a very long wait time, especially for burgers. To make matters worse, the $18 burger I ordered came out with a badly burned bun. It was clearly overcooked and affected the taste and overall quality of the meal. When you are charging $18 for a burger, customers expect clean service, reasonable wait times, and properly prepared food.

This was my first and last time at a Red Robin restaurant. I asked the server for recommendations on food and a milkshake. I told her I didn’t want chocolate and she encouraged me to purchase a particular flavor. When I received it, it was chocolate with no whipped cream as I asked for ( I was told they were all out of whipped cream)I once again told her I didn’t want it and asked if I could have something with vanilla. She walked over to someone to speak with them (I’m assuming the manager) and returned to let me know I would get it momentarily. She then walks over to the bar to order my shake and the bartender looks visibly annoyed. The bartender completes making my milkshake hands it to my server who gives it to me, and what do you know. There’s whipped cream on top. I thank her, leave

I ordered a pizza called the Works and added jalapeños. What I got was a cheese pizza with jalapeños. They forgot the Works!!!! And then they wouldn’t resolve the problem!!! Unbelievable! Not the first time I have had problems with this location but I’m sooo done now. Never going back. Tell everyone you know to boycott this location not only are they incompetent they won’t even fix their screwups.
