Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

📍 Red Robin 🗓️ February 14, 2026 ⭐ (1/5) This was a very disappointing Valentine’s Day lunch experience. We dine out frequently and are familiar with what to expect from Red Robin, but this visit missed the mark on nearly every level. Our total was over $60, which made the poor quality and service even more frustrating. I ordered the A1 Burger, which was $18, and it was so overly salty that I couldn’t finish it. It completely overpowered everything else and was honestly unpleasant to eat. I also ordered the short stack onion rings, which were just okay at best — nothing memorable and certainly not worth the price. Service was consistently inattentive. Our Server Jay aka Jarred-- TOP NOTCH, onpoint every time we come! Toccarra was so sweet and friendly, and Charlie the manager made us feel like old friends. Great place for anytime, any event. 10/10

For a place that specializes in burgers they should be ashamed. 18.99 plus tax for a Madlove burger and 4 onion rings. This burger patty was almost as thin as the bacon, and no flavor of any kind. All the junk they put on it had some taste,but the thing that MAKES it a burger, the meat, ridiculous. That was after we stood around for 15 mins waiting on someone to seat us on a monday at noon with maybe 8 people in the whole place. I remembered why I haven't been to one in years.

First time ever here and our server Diana she was sooo amazing helped in so many ways and was very happy to do so. Before we could ask for anything she already had it coming. We just went to wingstop on Penn and it was so bad waited an hour never got our food so this was amazing hot fresh food and good would have showed the burger but all that was left on the baby’s plate was the fries lol well worth the travel. Made us feel like they really valued us as customers got to meet the manager as well he greeted us from the door and checked on our table

The fries, queso, and burgers were room temperature / cold. Major disappointment. The endless fries were slow to arrive and sub par. The burgers are too expensive. Everything tasted good, but not a good experience. Plenty of parking and the staff was friendly. It wasn't busy so not sure if our waitress was busy or it was the kitchen for the above issues.
