Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We've enjoyed this place the few times we went. The burgers and salads we have had are great and then of course the bottomless fries. It is a big place and a little loud but when we bring our young children then they aren't heard as well over the noise. If you like quiet peaceful restaurants this isn't it. We found it to be clean and the service to be fairly quick and also polite.

My wife brought home a Royal Burger for me. The bacon was undercooked and the tomatoes were white in the middle. Looks like they could have used another 3 weeks in the vine. I called the location and they wanted me to bring the food back. I'm not wasting my gas it the time to bring it back. Between what my wife had and what she brought me was over $40 . Paying that much for a couple of burgers you would think this wouldn't happen. We will not spend anymore more money at Red Robin.

The last visit I had was a good one, but it had been a long time because of bad experiences before. So we'll average it out to a 3 star. Burgers are fine, but pricey especially if you can't take advantage of the bottomless fries

Yesterday my wife and I went in for the $9.99 special of a double burger, fries, and a drink. Our total bill with my wife also getting onion rings was only $25. Incredible deal! I want to call out the very special waitress (Kodi) we had, she even sat with us and talked to us for more than 30 minutes. What great staff you have here.

Waitress never came back so asked food runner for more FF and drink fill. Brought drink after reminding yet a different waitress. Never did get FFs we asked for. We used kiosk to pay with gift card and asked for receipt for amount left on card. Never got that either. My very first time ever at RR was not what I hoped for. Having worked in Food / customer service 34 years for a billion dollar corporation. What RR offers is far from satisfactory. And out of touch with customer service by a very long way. I’d be embarrassed to be a part of this. Especially at a high level mngr or CEO. The food we did get was satisfactory. But customer interaction is greatly missing.
