Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Have other been in over 15 years. Glad we went back. Saw the new menu items online and had to try it. Great service. You could see into the kitchen and it was super clean!

Excellent service. Food was delivered quickly but it was also obvious that it was made fresh when we ordered it. Went in about 12:15 on an away game Saturday & didn’t have to wait. Had OU been at home, I’m sure the place would have been packed to capacity with a line waiting.

Our waitress was phenomenal! She took real good care of us and was very impressive. The manager was polite and very professional.

Staff is polite and good with service. Being a chain, you know what you’re going to get and this is one of the few chain restaurants that does it well and has a solid set up IMO. Food quality is consistent and flavorful, always served hot and extra brought out without issue. Never been too busy or loud whenever we’ve visited.

Service was super quick this evening. We were immediately sat and our waiter Zack took care of us. He was friendly and had great service. I ordered the shroom burger and my boyfriend ordered a bacon cheeseburger. We both ordered with no pink. My burger was juicy and sides are bottomless. We both got fries and added their seasoning on the table. Really good with the ranch as well. I would recommend here for a solid burger. I also really like the funky decorations inside, adds character.
