Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Really enjoyed Red Robin this time around. I've had many okay and several bad experiences with this location in the past, but they've been on a streak as of the late. The Burger (Mad love burger) was cooked as ordered, the fries were great, the waiter was super kind, and it all made for a pleasant experience! I will definitely come again.

Great service, food was very good. It was my yearly Birthday burger and I had the lava queso burger. I also got a chocolate covered pretzel milkshake for dessert.

Its been awhile and probably be another while before i give it a chance again. The Service was poor I had to get up multiple times to get my own water fron the bar. I only seen the server twice throughout the entire time as she was too busy hanging out with co workers watching TV. Prices have definitely increased and I was also upcharged for a lettuce wrap that consisted of 2-3 small peices of lettuce and no near like they use to be. I would say the service and food quality have definitely degraded over the years of going.

Terrible service tonight our server didn’t pay attention to us we never got refills on drinks we paid for no matter how many times we asked. we had to ask 4+ times for a basket of fries and they were cold so we’re our burgers I paid extra for avocado and got one measly piece on my burger my husband also got a gluten free bun when he didn’t ask for one. I am very disappointed with Red Robin tonight our table was also still dirty when they sat us there were cherry stems every where straw papers and sauce on the table and it was terribly sticky. I am Absolutely disgusted and disappointed!

The bar staff are extremely slow. Waited for 23 minutes at the bar to be asked if I needed anything. I had found my own menus so I was ready. My wife already left to wait in the car so I ordered to go. I have been sitting here with an empty glass for over 10 minutes and hoping the to go order will be out shortly.
