Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We asked for well done burgers and recieved a greasy mess. The burgers were more med-rare and we even had to ask for new buns just to be able to pick it up without the bun falling apart. When we asked about it still being pink the chef said they cooked too temp. That's all he had to say. You can clearly see in the picture the burger was not cooked to the appropriate temperature. We will not be eating here again. This location has gone down hill over the years. Not sure why.

I stopped in for lunch on a Sunday. It wasn't as busy as I thought it would be. I sat at the bar because I didn't need a whole table. The hostesses clearly were having issues over seating some areas and not spreading things out well. I was not the only one to recognize this. The bartender was great. Even though she was very busy by herself, she was attentive, funny, and friendly. She got my order just right even with some allergies and specific requests. The burger came out great!

The restaurant was pleasant! We came in around Halloween, just after the lunch rush, and the décor was incredible — fully decked out for the holiday. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming. Our server was friendly, upbeat, and very attentive. She checked on us often and made sure we always had refills or extra sides. Service was definitely a highlight of the visit! Now for the food… I went with my father, who calls himself a “burger expert” (and honestly, he kind of is). He ordered the Sautéed Shroom Burger with garlic fries and a water. I had the Cheesy Bacon Fondue Burger with garlic fries and a root beer float. We also shared Mozzarella Twists as an appetizer. My husband and I went to enjoy a rare weekday lunch together. The experience started out great with the hostess’s pleasant greeting and getting us sat at a table. The waitress eventually came over and took our order. It took a while for her to bring our drinks to the table, however, when she did she brought me the wrong beverage and did not have my husband’s cocktail. It took her some time to come back through and check on us for me to tell her about the incorrect beverage and see where my husband’s old fashioned was. We had a great time stopping by the Jacksonville Red Robin. The service was great, the food and drinks were even better. I was particularly grateful for a server who was completely accommodating when I mentioned my gluten allergy. Going out to eat can be tricky, so I’m super grateful to Red Robin and our server for being on top of things.
