Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Got a gift card for Christmas so my husband and I came after a day of shopping 12/26. No wait. Waiter was quick and friendly. Waitress was amazing! Clean place, clean staff, quick hot fresh food is what we found. I had a sweet tea lemonade… it was a 3/5. The whisky bone in wings are like pre floured frozen type like from a bag ? 2/5 They were not just plain unbattered wings fried and sauced or freshly battered . The battered frozen wings are not top tier wings. Coating is thick, meat is weird. I didn’t care for them or the whiskey sauce. Garlic fries were good!4/5 Husband loved his pineapple pink seltzer drink and ribs he ate to the bone! He said 5/5!

We were seated immediately, and the food was really good. We haven't been here to dine in a while, but the quality didn't degrade. The waiting took a little longer, but it was well worth it. Both the Santa Fe salmon and the chicken wrap were tasty.

I get that it was a Saturday night, so I wasn’t expecting perfection, but the overall experience was pretty underwhelming. The restaurant felt noticeably dirty, tables weren’t very clean & the floors looked like they hadn’t been touched in a while, which definitely took away from the meal. The food itself was subpar. Nothing was outright terrible, but it wasn’t hot, fresh, or flavorful enough to justify the price or the wait. Burgers were just okay, fries were mediocre, & everything felt rushed. Service was decent considering how busy it was, so I’ll give credit there, but cleanliness & food quality should still be a priority regardless of how packed it gets. Probably fine if you’re just grabbing a quick bite, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.

Omg 😳 I got off work despite long day came here for late lunch let me tell you something this place makes fresh food ever in history no lie everthing was prepared perfect and cooked perfectly chef 👩‍🍳 honor if I could give 10 stars I would or even 20 this place deserves more than that but here’s the best review I’ve been waiting to post for a while. I’ll definitely be back for more and bring some of my friends along too.

Great gluten-free french fries. The gf bun holds up and doesn't crumble. Buger is always cooked perfect. They are pretty knowledgeable about gluten-free issues. So far I've had no problems. I do have celiac disease so it could be tricky. I do recommend.
