Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I haven't been here in years but Roo is a amazing hostess! She was very welcoming and helpful with ordering dinner for my of 6+. We got the family bundle, 6 burgers chicken or beef, family size fries, and 5 side of your choice and small "10" pizza. The the up-charge for the bacon is 3.99, which is kinda high since its supposed one of the sides. The location presented clean and wasn't a long wait which is what my family needed. There is ample space to dine in. There is a bar area that has tvs . Ask for Roo! Come here if you need fast meal with a little better quality. Update, my daughter, 7, didn't like the pizza.

Went to Red Robin Tuesday. Due to a lack of ceiling the noise level is very high. Service was a bit spotty, might have been due to the crowd and low number of servers. We made our orders for drinks and food. The server was very pleasant. The soft drinks and water came fast but we waited for about 10 minutes for our beers. The burgers and a wrap came out shortly thereafter. The orders were correct. Burgers were great but the fries were just warm and obviously precooked. They tasted good though. Overall a good meal and I would go back again.

Our waitress June was the best, she was a delight to be around. We got burgers, wings, fries, and drinks and everything was perfect. My burger with egg was cooked to perfection Thanks for the excellent service and food.

My fiancé and I had an early morning appointment in Rockville, Md and thought we’d stop in at the Germantown, Maryland location before driving an hour back home. We were extremely disappointed to find that our usual choices had been removed from the menu. My fiancé usually gets the Scorpio Burger and I usually go for the Southern Charm. I ended up getting a basic bacon cheeseburger as nothing else on the menu jumped out at me. I will give the food a 3 star rating beings it was not undercooked or anything. It was just a menu change that I assume is corporate wide and out of this specific location’s control. Let me get into my experience with this specific location. Our service Seth was as fast as sonic, I blinked and my refill was back. He was also very nice and attentive as well overall made it a great experience!
