Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Mostly good food but the wait to get the food was horrendous. We stopped by for dinner on Saturday night. We got in without any wait but it was fairly busy. We got our drinks and appetizers quickly but then the wait began. Almost 45 minutes to get our food and even then it didn’t come out at the same time. My wife’s food was last - a full 5 minutes behind ours. Our server apologized as did the manager saying the kitchen had gotten overwhelmed.

I tried the Royal Red Robin burger along with their 10-inch pepperoni pizza. The burger was pretty good juicy, well-cooked, and overall enjoyable. Unfortunately, the fries were disappointing. They lacked flavor and felt very plain. The pepperoni pizza was good, with decent flavor and toppings, but it was a little greasy, which took away from it a bit. One downside is the pricing it feels a bit overpriced for what you get, especially considering the inconsistent sides. Overall, some solid food, but there’s definitely room for improvement, especially when it comes to fries and value.

Food was great and our server Trey was good as well. 4 stars because the water was nasty and we were forced to order drinks and weren’t offered a discount for that. Filter was bad or something but YUCK and we rarely order drinks making the meal more expensive then necessary.

Me and my fiancé ate here for dinner. I ordered zucchini fries for an appetizer, and a Whiskey River BBQ burger w/ fries for my main course. He ordered the mozzarella cheese twists for an appetizer and he ordered the blackened grilled salmon w/ garlic parmesan broccoli and fries for his main course. The long island ice tea was good. You can pay your bill on the kiosk at the edge of the table.

We have been coming here every year for the past seven years to celebrate my little sister’s birthday, and every single year we’ve experienced unacceptable service. At this point, the pattern is impossible to ignore. We are the only Indian family here, and we are consistently the only ones being mistreated. It is extremely difficult not to see this as discrimination. While other tables are seated and have their orders taken within 15–20 minutes, we are consistently told it will be “15 minutes” and then left waiting over an hour just to place an order. During our most recent visit, after finally being seated, our assigned server did not approach our table for nearly 30 minutes. When she did, her attitude was dismissive and noticeably different from how she interacted with surrounding table
