Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Very Disappointed, we have been long time customers of Red Robin. We are done after today. The last few months have been aggravating just trying to order food. You can no longer speak directly to the restaurant call goes to a call center. It’s a pain ordering with a live person. So today we ordered a chicken salad drive 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back to find some of the chicken is still raw. No longer edible. Being we paid cash they gave us 2 options drive all the way back for a new salad or get nothing. Being we paid cash they do not offer cash refunds. What a crock of crap. So basically we just spent money at your facility for nothing but a waste of time and still a hunger belly. Pic of raw chicken included. I expect better.

never been to a red robin till today! First the staff is wonderful. From Theo, to Stephen, to Mahogany and everyone else we interacted with top notch. Service was on par with much high quality restaurants. Food was good, solid fare, prices reasonable compared to competition in the area but service was untouchable

Glen checked up on our order and made sure we were satisfied, he may be a manager. Burgers to go were excellent! Juicy, tender, fresh lettuce bacon and tomato’s. I would suggest stopping in if you haven’t tried this location

My three stars on atmosphere may be considered some other category, but it was based upon a minor problem we had when I took my daughter and grandson there. It had probably been several years since I had ever been to a Red Robin because since my wife's passing I really don't go out to eat much anyway but when my grandson sat down he started playing with some little box or something that was on the table and when I questioned my daughter about it she said it had video games on it or something. Having never seen one of these before, I didn't think it was going to be a problem until we received our bill with an extra $3 charge on it. When I question the server she explained to me that it was for the computer games to which I replied. I was not aware that there was a charge and that should hav
