Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

First time coming here and it was a great experience. Our server Forrest was super friendly and attentive! The steak fries here are sooooo good! We got burgers, both of which were good, the royal Red Robin and the madlove. We also got sides of Mac and cheese and broccoli and those tasted good. We came around 4:30 and it was pretty quiet, not too busy.

Excellent experience for my first time trying it. The food was nice and hot. The customer service was amazing. Out food was out in no time and cooked perfect. The mixed drinks are a hit too. Appetizers were a 10.

Let me start by saying the staff was great. Very kind, patient, and friendly they were amazing. It's been a while since I have been to a Red Robbin.. all I can say is.. The food is ok at best.. The fountain drinks had a weird taste to them, and for 5 meals and bread twists, WAS $114. Of course, I could have done the math and figured that out, but I was truly surprised. It's not worth the price. You can literally go anywhere else and get better food for much cheaper.. Again the staff is amazing!

The person was overly stressed and the place was empty. There was also a very ugly argument between two bar staff members.) Waitress: 15/10 (Andrew was very nice, very attentive, and knows how to do his job.) Food & Drinks: Beer: 10/10 (They have a variety of drafts.) Cheese with Chorizo: 15/10 (We ordered it as an appetizer, and it was very good.) Forrest made our Red Robin experience more than spectacular! He was incredibly attentive, genuinely kind, and made us feel so well taken care of from start to finish. Service like this makes all the difference—thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!
