Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We went in on veterans day for a free burger and fries. It was a true delight as everything was cooked perfectly and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Worth stopping in if you're in the area.

I took my mom to Red Robbin for the 9.99 deal. When I asked about strawberry lemonade she said I could get it but there would be an uncharge. I was fine with that but they charged full price then she mentioned the sides we could get. My mom got sweet potatoe fries. Did not let us know it also had extra charge. Ask to speak with manager but never came to table. They took off the extra charge on the fries but not on the drink. A drink comes free with the meal. I would have gotten one that was included if I knew she was going to charge full price. Not happy at all with this Red Robin or the management working on 2/22 roughly between 4-5. When a customer ask to speak with you, you should come to their table and the server needs to be more clearer to the customers.

Matt and makayla both said that garlic fries are not included when you buy bottomless side but Matt has always done it before called him on the phone and was in a mood because he has to be on the phone and did not wanan fix the mistake made on the menu menu says bottom fries does not say garlic not included. And have always been offered them before BAD Services on NEW YESRS 🥳😥😢😭

9/11/2025 at 330 I picked up my order I ordered the Fish and chips extra fish extra crispy fry's I get home no lemons the fries were barely cooked let alone extra crispy the were the size of chicken McNuggets Very very disappointed this was $23 but I just showed you a picture of plus I left the 20% tip. You think the server would've at least looked to make sure the order was correct and say hey those fries don't look well done what are these chicken nuggets doing?

Well today was the day that convinced my wife that Red Robin is worth eating at. We had a gift certificate so we decided between Panera or Red Robin. My wife was skeptical at first from our last experience so she gave it a try and when we were seated we got our waitress Alexa and she was amazing. Alexa let us change tables and took our drink order and recommended an appetizer. I was stunned by the fact that this waitress paid attention to detail like I haven't seen in a long time and she made a really good suggestion for appetizer which was the queso. For the drinks again, Alexis did a really good job and paid attention to detail and we weren't even needy. My wife ordered the jalapeno burger with garlic fries and I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with regular fries. All the food was good fr
