Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Although the restaurant offers bottomless fries, salad, and mac and cheese, they do not provide a decent serving to start, especially the fries. Once you finish with the small serving, the serving after is also small. The salad was a bit overdressed and not offered more, and the mac and cheese lacked flavor. Our server was personable; however, she never refilled our water. The pizza was delish, as was my daughter's burger.

Krystal and Russell were such gems! They were both so sweet and helpful and got my order out swiftly without error! I highly recommend coming here for the welcoming experience and fast service. Not only were they kind, but also offered AMAZING recommendations! 10/10 will be returning soon for this kind and obviously caring staff.

Went on a Tuesday at 7pm. Restaurant was a ghost town. Now I know why. Server was great. Host was very friendly. Had an issue with burgers being absolutely charcoal level torched (im talking crunch hockey puck status) after requesting our burgers medium rare. Waitress promptly took them back to be remade, and i asked to speak with the manager (being very clear that i was not displeased with her). I was approached by the manager and was informed "thats just how they do it." The manager had a super bad attitude right off the bat and very clearly couldnt care less what I had to say. I merely wanted to pass along feedback, didnt expect any sort of compensation or anything taken off the bill. Just wanted to be heard. Didnt even get to finish speaking before the manager started walking away from

Red Robin is consistent and always a great place for a burger and fries. I know they have other stuff but that's why I am there. During our last visit we had one of the best servers ever! He was beyond knowledgeable and great to work with, he had some ideas when we asked and we took his suggestions and were very happy. Good food and even greater people, at least in this case will keep us coming back for sure!

Their to-go could use some work. Literally says on the ticket no Cole slaw and add cheese. But yet it has no cheese and cole slaw. They had no problem charging me extra though 🤦‍♀️
