Mango cake was requested for my girl’s bday. Called ahead and placed an order which was easy and convenient. Their website limits the characters and couldn’t get the full Happy Birthday and name on the cake, which was a bummer but the call was quick and easy. Just needed a few hours notice. Love that they add a few candles just in case and had a cake knife when requested. We didn’t use the candles, but is thoughtful. Only blip was the website and cake was a bit pricy for size, but delicious. I also tried a couple of empeñadas. Spicy chicken and beef. They were just ok. I guess I prefer the Argentinian ones more. Anyway, happy to have tried them.

I wanted to share feedback about my recent preorder experience at Red Ribbon on New Year’s Eve 2025-2026. I placed my order days ahead through the app for our New Year Media Noche celebration, so I expected everything to be ready when I arrived. Instead, nothing had been prepared yet. One of the crew members asked if I could wait for 5 minutes, which I agreed to since I had time and didn’t want to ruin the festive mood. After waiting, no one came out to update me, and it became clear they had forgotten about my preorder. I kept myself busy on my phone, assuming it was still being prepared, but more than 45 minutes passed with no communication. Eventually, I went to the cashier to follow up, and only then did they start getting my cakes and palabok ready. It ended up being over 30 minutes
