Customer Reviews
Mary and Kath are very friendly and accommodating. They are very knowledgeable of the products and have explained that the assorted pastries pack is no longer available. In addition to the to-go orders, I also ordered arroz caldo meal. The arroz caldo and mango cake slice are really good. I just noticed that the serving got smaller compared to the last time I was here.
I've been a fan of Red Ribbon since my days in the Philippines, and having a location in San Antonio feels like a little piece of home! The staff is always friendly and genuinely eager to help, making each visit feel special. Whether I’m picking up a cake for a celebration or just treating myself to some snacks, the quality of the food is consistently amazing.
I tried their arroz caldo, and I found it to be quite comforting, especially during these cold days. The chicken empanada was also very delicious and light. I also tried both the mango supreme and the tiramisu, and I must say, I enjoyed both desserts. Friendly staff, good service. Clean interior. I wish they had more variety in savory items. Highly recommended!
Grace and Jb is very helpful . The manager Mary helps me to decide what to get and suggest their best seller. I ordered aros and halo halo. Really good.

The staff is incredibly friendly, making every visit a pleasant experience. The bakery’s layout is convenient, and the homelike atmosphere fosters a welcoming vibe. I can’t get enough of their Ube delicacies and freshly baked rolls—they're absolutely outstanding!
