Really good! I think I got extra protein which is why it was a little over $20, but it was a big portion and usually poke is pricey and considering we’re in NYC I feel like it was a good price for a really good bowl.

Got stinky and fishy yellow tail in my bowl. Called them immediately to notify them after the first bite. The people picked up the phone were rude, and The Response i got: “We have 500 customers and you are the only one complaining.” I asked if it’s needed for me to take the food back to store and let them try themselves, then he said only their manager can deal with this, and the manager is not in the store, so i will wait for two days for their manager to call me. 🙃 RESULT: No apologies, No call back, Nothing. I don’t mind to pay for a bowl of bad fishes once, but the way they deal with this situation will for sure lose them frequent returning customers like me.

Stayed at the nearby Marriott Courtyard on Broadway and wanted a healthy, quick, easily transportable dinner option. This place was perfect. Bright, open and spacious restaurant with seating. There are laminated menus and erasable markers to pick everything for the make your own bowl option. The menu was well organized and easy to understand all the available options. I got the smaller bowl but it was still huge. I opted for tofu, and it was delicious. They allowed two sauces, and I got them on the side. The bowls and utensils were also made of compostable materials, which was nice. I'll definitely stop by again if I'm in midtown again!

While the staff were a bit sour and sometimes less welcoming, there's no doubt that the food was very tasty and made up for it. If you're seeking a healthy and delicious option, it's worth considering a visit.

Have always been a regular patron of Red Poke as I really enjoyed the poke bowl it offers. However, an experience today was a disappointing one. Placed an online order on 29 Nov, Sat at 8:13PM. Popped by the store at 8:40PM and had to interrupt the lady in her midst of cleaning to collect my order. Firstly, she passed me my bowl without my sauces. Secondly, she looked at my order slip and passed me 1/2 of the sauces I have ordered. So I had to called her back the third time for the 2/2 sauces. Of course, with a black face. I paid for my poke bowl and not her attitude, which I felt it’s really uncalled for. Her customer service is a terrible asset to the company. I should probably just stick to the other outlet the next time as my experiences have ALWAYS been pleasant there.
