Red Pines Bed & Breakfast

This is hands down the best stay I’ve had in the heart of the Adirondacks! The house is absolutely charming, the view is breathtaking, and the lake nearby is pure magic. The breakfast? Out of this world — fresh, delicious, and made with love. I’m still dreaming about those mornings! 🌲🍳☀️ Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for peace, beauty, and warm hospitality. It’s a hidden gem — and I can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay here ! The owner Diane made us feel so welcome and she’s a wonderful hostess and an excellent cook. Breakfasts both days was so delicious, filling, and nicely presented. The views from the dining room picture windows of the lake were pretty. The path under the tall red pine trees down to Inspiration point to watch the sunset is beautiful !! The private beach was a plus ! We slept so good- the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Loved the Adirondack decor . This was one of the best B&B we’ve ever stayed at!

This B&B is in a beautiful location. The place is nice, comfortable, and spacious. Not only if Diane an wonderful host, but her food is delicious and I can tell she puts great care in not only preparing it, but also coming up with a variety of different options. We had something new every morning i was there! The beach is even nicer than I thought, the pictures don't do it justice. Great swimming area and plenty of run for everyone to hang out. I originally stayed here just in a pinch for somewhere dog friendly in the area but week go out of my way to come back.

What a lovely time we had at Red Pines. The location is amazing, secluded in the woods, a beautiful private beach, sunset deck with a fire ring right on the edge of the lake and amazing views. The host is welcoming, friendly and a wonderful cook. The rooms are comfortable. The other guests were a pleasure to visit with as well. We'd certainly consider staying here again.

Speculator is a beautiful Adirondack town with lots of amenities for the family. This B&B is about 3 miles out of town, around the lake, down a half mile driveway that leads you to a spectacular house on a large property on Lake Pleasant. It has lots of trails, and a sandy beach with great swimming. The views are spectacular from the beach and from the house. Diane is a great hostess. The rooms are comfortable and there is plenty of common space inside and outside the house. Great sense of privacy, in the Adirondack style.
