This is blatant false advertising. It’s supposed to be GRILLED chicken. Every single time I’ve ordered this sandwich in the past it was the proper way of cooking it, and SEASONED. What I received is bland, unseasoned, not grilled (looks boiled) lunch meat sandwich. I bit into it and immediately had a piece of gristle in it that I spat out. I’m beyond disappointed and insulted they would charge $8 for this. I’m requesting a refund, and I’m calling the store because that’s ridiculous. Tried calling the store 10x but evidently the store is on fire so nobody can answer. Worst experience with a Red Owl I’ve ever had.

My family has gone to this location twice now. The frappes are delicious and we’ve enjoyed them. However, online it displays the closing time is 6PM. On the door it displays the closing time is 6PM. The first time we went it was 510PM and this location was already closed. We were informed they close at 5PM on our next attempt to try this place. Today my family went at 430PM because we knew they were closing at 5PM and the door was locked. An employee informed them that they were only accepting drive through orders. It was late and my family didn’t plan on staying inside for a long time but didn’t want to feel rushed waiting in the drive thru line. Living a decent distance away, this is quite frustrating when you have to drive to this location and hope they’re actually open. We likely won’t

My mom and I came into Red Owl while having our car repaired at Midas next door and were glad we did! Mike from the shop told us of all the wraps, muffins, and biscuits available alongside specialty coffees, so we came in. The service was great and the place was so clean and stylish! There's a collection of dogs enjoying their pup-cups on the wall... How adorable?! I really liked the experience and would recommend coming in for an icy treat!

I got the Dosta Double and a sausage sunrise bowl. It was really yummy and I can't wait to come back. I'm really picky about eggs but these were perfect and it was about the most perfectly balanced breakfast power salad/bowl I've ever gotten from any breakfast spot let alone one with such good coffee. The staff were really nice and seemed like cool people. I adore the interior design the red neon sign. It's really a nice touch with all the plants. Very nice furniture and atmosphere inside, I'd recommend it for a first date.

Loved my first visit & iced coffee here this past week! Fall drink menu available in August?… don’t mind if I do, thanks fam! I got the iced pumpkin spiced latte (small since it was late in the afternoon and I need to humble myself more often when it comes to sugar + caffeine) I asked if there was a way to reduce the sugar a little and the girl behind the counter was very helpful and said she can reduce the amount of flavored pumps she puts into my latte which I very much appreciated. I also was able to use oat milk instead of whole milk as well which my tummy really likes when I remember to do that. This is the cutest, cleanest spot off blanding! If I lived closer I’d totally bring my laptop with me to get some remote work done here. I appreciate the fact that they have plugs convenient
