Red Owl Coffee Company BEMISS RD.

I only gave an overall 1 star (I did give food and service 5 stars) because although my bagel sandwich was very good and the baristas working were extremely nice, when I got home to start working I went to take a sip of my Iced Golden Owl Latte and got straight coffee grounds when I noticed this I looked at my drink and they were floating all throughout my coffee. The coffee itself tasted good, but I did have to strain it 4 times to get the majority of the coffee grounds out and even still there was coffee that had to go down the drain because I couldn't get all the grounds out. So I lost about half of my medium coffee. I just wanted to give the owner this information to have the baristas more aware if the coffee filter fails, once you add the milk you would be able to see a ton of grounds

I am the founder of Gracefully Her Sisterhood and we just had our 2nd annual women’s empowerment brunch and this Red Owl location was our amazing sponsor for our coffee bar for 100 guest!! Justin (sometimes called Jeff) was absolutely great (for a guy born in January) he was funny and extremely patient with us. He was an amazing barista and I highly recommend going to see him and getting a fantastic coffee!! Carly was also a ray of sunshine when handing us our food!! Great staff and even better drInks! :)

I hope I’m spelling it correctly but “Peyton” showed extreme kindness and patience while I placed my order even gave me great ideas for my Orea Smoothie/Frappe. Being my first time having “Red Owl” I also enjoyed my Sausage Egg and cheese Cresent with Hashbrown. Thanks for my wonderful first visit ☺️ I’ll be back

The service is great, very friendly however, the drinks are okay at best. The coffee isn’t very good and their matcha is pretty much all ice. The cost isn’t worth what you get. The food is okay as well. It’s definitely better than Starbucks. I wanted to enjoy it because people always hype it up but I’ve had it numerous times and can’t say it gets any better.
