RED MANGO

I had a terrible experience at this frozen yogurt shop. I waited an unreasonably long time for my order, even though the store wasn’t particularly busy. By the time I finally got my frozen yogurt, it was already melted and barely cold. I paid and asked politely if they can give me a new one due to the delay but the staff didn’t seem to care and wanted to charge me again for a new one even though it was their fault for the delay. Definitely not worth the wait or the money.

I ordered off door dash. The description says topped with the items shown written below the photo. It did not tell me to add anything to it. The additional toppings on the bottom says OPTIONAL TOPPINGS. The description for this was very misleading. Thankfully I had chocolate chips at home to add to my order. I was truly craving what was shown on picture. I wouldn’t have minded paying extra for it. 😓😭

Frozen yogurt shop in Rego mall Queens. In hot day it’s good spot to visit. Delicious frozen yogurt different variety and toppings from fruits and nuts to different candy you just can go crazy. Smoothies you can make it your way. Also you can make parfait any way you want it. How about power ball with fresh squeezed juice if you want to go healthy. Fun spot for kids and grownups.

Love this place! There are so many toppings and the yogurt bowl I got looks delicious! There are also options for acai bowls which is great.
