Robert was VERY pleasant and helpful. Customer service is alive and living at Red Lobster Waldorf. Haven’t been to RL in years. Pleasantly surprised by the new menu and the wonderful service. ALL THE FOOD WAS PIPING HOT!! Drinks were great as well.

Avonda was our waitress. She was attentive and courteous. The food was well prepared. Overall we were impressed with the service we received today.

My husband and I recently enjoyed an exceptional early Valentine's Day dinner at Red Lobster, largely thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Derrick. The lobster and salmon were both cooked to perfection, boasting a rich and flavorful taste that truly enhanced our dining experience. We extend our sincere gratitude for the welcoming service, which made our evening all the more special.

On Saturday, February 28, my husband and I dined at Red Lobster (11035 Mall Circle, Waldorf, Maryland) to redeem a $75.00 coupon I had received on January 9. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. My husband and I waited approximately 10 minutes before our server approached the table to take our appetizer and drink orders. My husband ordered a Pepsi and Popcorn Shrimp, and I ordered a cup of Lobster Bisque along with a Sunset Passion Colada. I asked the server whether oyster crackers were available for the soup; he stated he would check but never followed up. After waiting about 10 minutes, I began eating my soup without crackers so it would not get cold. My husband’s drink arrived about 10 minutes later, while mine took approximately 30 minutes. Our server Vonnie was great at her new job. She was personable, informative of the menu, took the time to help my 82 yo mother sort out what she wanted. The food was hot and served in a timely manner. Vonnie wasn't afraid to tell me you'll didn't have the ginger ale I'd ordered nor there Cuevo gold my husband ordered. She offered resolution. My mom, daughter, and husband were so impressed by Vonnie, my husband requested she have her supervisor come out. Liz introduced herself and we all expressed the outstanding service we received from Vonnie.
