Red Lobster

Horrible dine in experience. We got greeted upon arrival & sat down. The place was not packed at all that night. Drinks & appetizers were ordered. We got fountain drinks & one mango smoothie. That should not take more than 20 mins to arrive especially when the restaurant only had about 4 tables to cater to, but it did take forever. We had coconut shrimp which was the only good thing that tasted good. Then we ordered food & wow the wait time was insane. Almost an hour & 20 minutes for kids Mac & cheese , 2 sirloin steaks & crab legs. yes even the kids meal took forever. We asked for medium & medium well. DRY no taste , just horrible. Mashed potatoes cold , & not a fan of the Mac & cheese but that’s my opinion. Whatever, we finished eating & NONE of the plates were picked up even after we g

Had some great service from our server Maim. Stop by and ask for him. Kitchen was out of salad dressing I asked for, so he got creative and offered a “flight” of the dressings they had available so I could find something I liked. Good meal, we enjoyed the food and will be back

My husband and I went tonight with our 3 kids and our server, Naim, was fantastic and so patient with our kids. It was Valentine’s Day so he came and checked on us frequently to let us know when we could expect our food, given our kids were getting antsy, and he came out with our drinks and apps as quickly as possible. He was super friendly and the kids loved him. We had a great dining experience tonight. Thank you!

Do you really think it’s reasonable to charge $80 for a bag that isn’t even properly filled? The food arrived cold, and on top of that, the portion size was extremely small for the price. For $80, I expected a full, well-served meal, not something that feels incomplete. If you’re going to serve such small portions, then the price should be much lower. The value simply does not match what is being offered. Very disappointing experience.

I ordered from their website the other day and my food was left on the ground outside. When I called to make a complain , I felt rushed , upon checking the food the order wasn’t even right because my mariniers seafood boil had no crabs, everything ended up in the bin for my dad’s birthday … won’t be ever eating from here again , the service has gotten really bad and this was a yearly tradition for me as this was his favorite food.. super disappointing
