Red Lobster

Shawn was an amazing server, and Mary, the manager on shift, was wonderful. She took the time to make me a custom drink that matched my taste perfectly, and it was so good! Eddie, the host, was also so nice and welcoming. The food and overall experience were a solid 10/10. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience. Came with my toddler and sister in law, the hostess Addy was an absolute angel, so kind and sweet to my toddler. She made the experience phenomenal with her kindness. Our waitress Naija was also wonderful and the food was delicious. I had a horrible experience several years ago at a different location and hadn’t been came to a red lobster since but this location and experience was phenomenal, we’ll definitely be back.

Abby was polite, intelligent and a delight to interact with. The kitchen made an error. She caught it and corrected it quickly without any fuss. The manager was attentive and engaging as well. This is what going out to dinner is supposed to be like!

We are frequent patrons of Red Lobster (Sumter, SC). Normally the service is good, but tonight the service is exceptional (I’m sitting at the table writing this review). We were warmly greeted and seated by Sam. We were then introduced to our waitress Summer. She had a beautiful , welcoming smile the entire time. She made sure that we were satisfied with our food, made sure we had hot biscuits, drink refills and anything else that we requested. She was outstanding. When the food arrived the steak was a little tough for my 84 year old mother. Summer asked if we wanted it to be recooked. We requested it to be recooked by the culinary manager who happened to be Sam. Sam personally delivered the steak to our table and explained how he cooked it.
