Red Lobster

Sigh, Red Lobster, what a disappointment. I ordered a medium well sirloin with two Chesapeake fries as my sides. Upon arrival, there was no Togo parking available, as all dine-in customers had already claimed them. So I called the restaurant, informed the staff that I was outside, and the lady assured me the gentleman would be right out with my food. Well, that took an additional 10 minutes, and once I saw him walking towards my vehicle with no food in his hand, I began to worry. He finally made it to my car and said, "Well, your food is ready, but the bread isn't," and I said, "What bread?" He says the biscuits. The way he has shifted the perspective of RED LOBSTER in the media is astonishing. He came to North Miami two weeks ago to speak at the TEACH TO FISH conference a few blocks away at FIU NORTH and he impressed me again. I came to visit and IRIS was my attendant. SHE IS EXCEPTIONAL!!! We need a word better than EXCEPTIONAL. She is THEEEE BOMB.COM Iris is super attentive, always asking if anything was needed, she was managing multiple tables smoothly, gracefully, with a smile and what looked like with ease. My boyfriend and I ordered the Shrimp Linguini Pasta and the Shrimp Trio and both were delicious! Our server, Iris, was amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. I also used my rewards app for a dessert item, and I thought it might be a hassle, but Iris handled it quickly and made the process super easy. Great experience overall!

Edmurd F was amazing! Super friendly, easy to talk to, and made sure we had everything i needed the whole time. Food came out quick, drinks stayed full, and he checked on me just the right amount not too much, not too little. You can tell he actually enjoy what he do. Definitely made the whole dining experience better. I’d 100% ask to sit in his section again! 🤟🏾
