Red Lobster

The food was good. Drinks were good, but the staff is very limited. One waitress running the place is not okay. She was running everywhere and over worked. She didn't have to say anything you could see it in her face!! Red lobster do better and hire a front staff, and a couple waitresses for this place!!

We went on Christmas and our server was Courtney and she was so sweet, helpful, and she took great care of us! She really made our experience amazing and I want her managers to know how great of a worker she is. Thanks for the great experience you gave us, Courtney!

It's been awhile since we have been to Red Lobster but they seem to have upped their game. Maybe the new CEO has had a positive impact. I was there for the Friday afternoon weekday special. I got my usual popcorn shrimp with baked potato but a you can see from the photo they dressed it up a bit. Food was excellent and not great at all. Food past visits i have had issues with a lot of cooking oil on the plate. Not this time, everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. They have raised the bar in my opinion.

During our visit, we had the pleasure of being served by Reilly. She did a fantastic job managing a huge section and staying on top of everything. Her super positive demeanor stood out and absolutely contributed to the overall experience. Also, the new boil bags were amazing and we will be back!

We had a great experience! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was excellent. A special thanks to our waitress, Courtney, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. She really made our visit even more enjoyable!
