Visited this location to celebrate Valentine’s Day & my birthday on 2/15- Markus was a great bartender & server! Him and the rest of the staff celebrated us in a way that was not over the top or showy. The food was hot & tasty, we will definitely be back soon!
It was okay. The food was okay. The staff...barely saw the waitress and we had like 4 people serve the food. Our appetizers came out after our food. Not worth the price honestly. I would rather go somewhere else for good quality seafood.
Hubby took me here for my birthday dinner. Marcus the bartender was super nice and funny. He made a great Smoked Old Fashioned. I had the Lobster, Shrimp and Salmon. Absolutely delicious! The manager Tyra heard it was my birthday and came to our table to wish me happy birthday. We will definitely be back soon!
I decided to give Red Lobster in Owings Mills another try, especially with the buzz around new leadership under the new CEO. The experience was a bit of a mixed bag, but with promise. Walking in, the décor hasn’t changed much—it still looks and feels like it did 20 years ago, and the lighting is quite dim, which could use a refresh. That said, the restaurant was clean, and the classic lobster tank in the foyer was a nice nostalgic touch. We were greeted promptly by the hostess, though she struggled to seat our party of three despite the restaurant not being busy at all. Once seated, it took about 15 minutes for our waiter to approach. He was subtly friendly, but the energy throughout the staff felt slow—like everyone was moving in slow motion. Now, the food? Solid. I ordered the Ultimat
It took a while to even be greeted, as well as seated. It took a long time for our waitress to come to the table to introduce herself and bring us biscuits and drinks. Then, she took long bringing EVERYTHING, including our alcoholic beverages. And then, to top it all off, she brought our food from the kitchen, sat it on the table behind us, then walked away to print out another table's bill. Our mashed potatoes weren't cooked completely. Just a bunch of young kids not able to provide good, quality service. The hostess was great though! She was kind and extremely helpful. I will continue to go to the White Marsh location.
