Red Lobster

I haven't been to this location in a couple years as the experience was declining. Figured I'd give it another shot. Ordered to- go today. This is apparently a Ceasar salad.. no Romaine lettuce however. Biscuits were super dry as well. Unfortunate because this location used to be good years ago.

I came in tonight for dinner while I was in town from Tampa and stopped by the Melbourne Red Lobster mostly because I had a craving for the Cheddar Bay Biscuits. I told my server Paige right away that I was kind of new to the menu and that I’m honestly not a big seafood person. She was really helpful and suggested a few options that weren’t fish. I ended up getting the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer, which were hot, crispy, and really good. For my meal she recommended the Parrot Isle Jumbo Coconut Shrimp, and I’m so glad she did. They were perfectly crispy with that slightly sweet coconut flavor and the dipping sauce was great too. I probably wouldn’t have picked it on my own, so her recommendation really made the visit. We had the pleasure of being served by Shaniqua during a special night out with family after celebrating our engagement, and she was absolutely amazing! We were a party of 14, and she handled everything with such professionalism, patience, and grace. The atmosphere was filled with love, laughter, and the joy of being reunited with family, and Shaniqua truly added to that experience. Shaniqua was AMAZING customer was amazing. She was so sweet and polite. I haven’t been to Red Lobster in years and she will be the reason I continue to come from now on! We came in and it was a little busier than we expected. Michelle recommended the lobster flat bread and it did not disappoint! We both chose a different boil. She also recommended the mango infused Tea which was great. I was pleasantly surprised with the menu and the service made the experience over the top. I don’t like to pick so when I get a recommendation and it’s good. That’s what makes a great dinner. We will definitely be coming back because of Michelle’s service and trying new items on the menu!
