Red Lobster

Overall a good experience. The food was good and the service was nice. I got their new jambalaya, which had sausage and shrimp. I enjoyed the shrimp in the dish. The only critic I have, though, is that it is quite salty. The portion was a good size. I was able to finish it but felt pretty full. One person who went with me got a filet mignon with their order but they said it was tough. So maybe dont order that. We had to wait for some time, about 10-15 minutes, even though the restaurant was not crowded. There were plenty of tables open but i guess they had to clean a certain table before they could seat us. The waitress who served us was very sweet and helpful. I would come back. Pretty good experience.

I’ve visited once and got take out once since their rebranding and I can honestly say I’m extremely impressed! This store in particular provided AMAZING customer service, good food and drinks, was clean and much brighter than it was when we last visited a few years ago. I unfortunately did not get good pictures of the food but I’ll post the crappy pics I was able to take lol. I will say the sirloin is tasty but is definitely a little tough. Will continue to dine in and take out tho!

All the staff was so friendly and accommodating. They all smiled so nicely. We had the margaritas flight of 3. Each was a full tumbler of tasty cocktails. Happy hour was offered at table service. That unexpected but a nice option. Appetizers were bubbling hot and we ate the whole thing. It was so good. Dinner was delicious as expected. Of course we had no room left for dessert, but a complimentary birthday surprise was a nice touch.

Had a birthday dinner of flounder at Red Lobster with my family and our server was Michael. They have really improved their restaurant, new items on the menu. The meal was excellent, the service was excellent, very timely. I will definitely be going back soon, thank you Michael! :) 10/2025

We were celebrating our daughter's 12th birthday amd she specifically requested red lobster! Our server Calley was extremely friendly and attentive to the birthday girl! My daughter tried crab legs and lobster for the first time and she loved it! 💗
