Red Lobster

Visited today with my son and our server Ciara was very sweet and attentive. The entire front of the house staff I encountered were friendly. I got the ultimate feast and my son got the kids fried fish. I gave the food 3 stars because the fried shrimp weren’t every good and the crab legs were either over soaked or steamed. I would go back and get something different.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Red Lobster in Virginia, and it was all because of our server, Josh. From the moment we were seated, he was delightful, professional, caring, and incredibly thoughtful. Josh went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was attentive without being overbearing, made thoughtful recommendations, and genuinely cared that we enjoyed our meal. His warm personality and positive attitude truly elevated the entire dining experience. I was honestly amazed by the level of service he provided. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in what they do. I can confidently say that I will only visit this restaurant if my server is Josh — he made it that memorable. Thank you, Josh, for an outstanding experience. You are truly exceptional!

Literally the best Red Lobster I've ever had. My boyfriend and I went last night and the service was great. :) Very quick and our waitress was super sweet. I really wish I caught her name but she did a great job!! She was working in the bar area and had some really cool tattoos!! :)The biscuits were 10/10 (I know they are always good but there was something extra tasty about them last night)and the steak and lobster were ridiculously good. Super super pleased with our experience. Thank y'all!

The staff was amazing. We loved our waitress. Their crab boil was delicious I couldn’t have asked for a better one being my first time. Overall a great experience!

Went to lunch with my son today. They are having Lobster Fest right now. My son got the Lobster Roll, he really liked it. I got the platter with Lobster Tail, Crab Legs, Jumbo Coconut Shrimp & Shrimp Scampi. It was wonderful. Our server was great, very knowledgeable, friendly & attentive. The restaurant is very clean with a great atmosphere. I've been here many times, & we'll be back.
