Red Lobster

02/22/26 about 7:30 pm. Tasha J. Was amazing! It felt like she was the only one we saw working. After we got seated, no one else came around. Tasha took really good care of us, while also handling every table In our section. We didn't see any others serving at tables, this woman deserves a raise!!! Great service from her!! Very friendly and kind!!

Enjoyed the evening no kids with my hubby. Really enjoyed the time service and food was delicious!! My server was Jenna she was wonderful. Sweet and super pleasant!!

I dined at Red Lobster last night and had a very mixed experience. First, I want to sincerely compliment our server, Tasha. She was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish. Even when things seemed busy, she made sure our drinks stayed full, checked on our food promptly, and kept a positive attitude the entire time. Tasha truly made the evening enjoyable, and her customer service skills are top-notch. She deserves recognition for the way she treats guests. Unfortunately, our interaction with the manager, Steve, was disappointing. When an issue came up with our order, he was dismissive and didn’t seem interested in listening or resolving the concern in a respectful way. We had the best experience with Ladeja Pough as our server! She is incredibly professional, friendly, and instantly made us feel welcome. She provided us with stellar service and it was wonderful having such a great, relaxing meal while feeling right at home. When you come in, ask for Ladeja for the best experience!

Jenna did a fabulous job tonight serving us. The entire place was almost full and yet she still gave us absolute amazing service! We never had an empty drink cup. I was very please to see you all brought back the shrimp your way we love this combo. Our food was prepared just right as well. Overall 10/10
