⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Makayla V! I dined at Red Lobster on 02/14/2026 at 10:02 PM (Table 47), and I have to take a moment to recognize Makayla V for her exceptional service. Although our experience didn’t start off the best, Makayla immediately took ownership of the situation and made it clear she was going to turn our night around — and she absolutely did! From the very beginning to the very end, she was attentive, professional, kind, and completely on top of everything. She checked on us consistently, made sure our food and drinks were perfect, and carried herself with such grace and positivity. Her attitude alone changed the entire atmosphere for us. Really like the Red Lobster Franchise, but this location was not up to par. We should have known when the parking lots next to it was jam packed and only 5 cars here. Olive Garden and Texas Roadhouse was poppin'....now we can see why this place is not. Surprised to see so many 5 stars reviews honestly, as I checked to see what was up with this location? Maybe not enough to visit to even do the reviews? We finally called for a manager when we were told to crack the crab legs by hand...as they had no hardware to crack the legs/claws open? Only five or so tables were occupied? Told that they get stolen....well then dont sell crab legs. Finally they find one for the 2 of us to share. Manager was friendly and she tried to make it right. I wish I could remember our servers name but she was so sweet and was extremely prompt! I enjoyed the stuffed mushrooms. However, the food is very bland and lacked seasoning unfortunately. I would maybe come here for appetizers.

Jordan was absolutely Amazing for offering me the Salmon! Little did he know that I try different fancy restaurants to test out my favorite meal(Salmon) Talk about Reading my mind..Excellent job in Showing Awesome Customer Service!! My food was absolutely Beautiful(Extremely important to me)! and the taste Exceeded my Expectations 100% Out of my previous choices..Red Lobster is #2 for sure!

Amber was our waitress, for her first time alone since joining Red Lobster, and gave us excellent service, along with the excellent food for dinner. New Orleans salmon with shrimp was excellent! Fantastic job Amber!
