Red Lobster

Went there for my 31st birthday. Wasn't terribly busy. Waited 10 minutes to be seated. Waited 53 minutes to get our food. Steak was absolutely terrible. Rice was terrible. Lobster was sub par. The shrimp was actually ok. For the price and quality I would not go back. Its a shame because I use to love the place

Incredibly slow!. 54 mins just to get our drinks. Another 30 or so after that to get our foods. Waiter was nice. Food was great. But honestly don’t think it was worth 2.5 hours of my time

I’ll start off by saying the server seemed like he was having a terrible night. I get it, I’m a bartender and server myself, sometimes it happens. Although, straight up cussing and causing a commotion on the floor in front of customers, and kids is a little wild. That’s just as soon as we sat down, two servers are arguing about who’s is who’s table. A man had already taken our drink order, my fiancés beer. Couple minutes later the guy that was cussing up a storm comes to serve us instead. He was very kind to us, wanted us to have a good night but it was unprofessional. We ordered food and I ordered a cocktail. My cocktail didn’t arrive until we were basically done with our food. We got told the bartender was being “emotional”. I want to commend the general manager there not only for her hospitality, her professionalism, her appearance, and she is a very smart women marketing wise ! The small things matter letting kids hold lobsters is something they will remember always, gives a good atmosphere, hospitality, and joy! Also they will be customers forever ! Key on the MARKETING! The way she handled every customer, flowed through the phone calls, and being present for her employees is beautiful! Also the bartender was amazing, the to go worker I forgot her name but the general manager knows that was in tonight 2/10/26 6pm-6:50pm. She has an outstanding team ! The small things lead to big things !

Today I would give 0 stars. To start off we waited 5 minutes before we were acknowledged. Once we got to the table another 10-15 minutes before we are asked about drinks. When our drink order was taken we also ordered our food. An hour went by and still no food. A steak and fried popcorn shrimp shouldn't take that long. Unfortunately we were not the only table that waited for absolutely ever. Servers weren't happy with the hosts, everyone seemed like they hated their job. So after waiting so long and no service we left. Pierson rd will never get my business again.
