Seated quickly waited about five minutes for server, got drink orders and arrived in timely manner. From here it went down the drain. Sweetener for the iced tea was extremely rationed. Order for food was given and it tricked out. Server missing drinks empty watched other servers go buy numerous times and ours nowhere to be found. Food finally delivered to table only to find condiments extremely rationed. Not enough cocktail sauce or ketchup. Server promised to bring fresh drinks right away. Fifteen minutes later she showed up with them. Had to finish meal with no drink or enough condiments. When you ration condiments you are showing you are cheating out the customer experience. If you go there make sure you don't have Julia G as a server because you will never see her to get anything else.

Our waitress JULIE was attentive and did a very nice job. The restaurant itself has been nicely refreshed, the food was very good and presented well. We had a lovely conversation about the restaurant business with the manager Rebecca M. We miss having bussers though. A table full of dirty dishes takes the experience down a notch.

First off, we didn't have to wait at all to be seated. The hostess greeted us with a smile and got us a table right away with no waiting. My husband and I both had the steak and lobster combo dinner and it was absolutely delicious. Our steaks were cooked just the way we like them. Our server, whose name was Nick, was fantastic. The service was great and he went above and beyond for us. All in all we had a wonderful dinner and we'll definitely be back again.

Worst experience ever with red lobster. The niles store unfortunately has declined and the food is dry and terrible. Gave them another try yesterday for my birthday dinner and they forgot half of a meal and the seafood in the boil looked like it had been chewed on already. The shrimp bowl was supposed to come with lettuce, queso, tortilla straps, etc. Was so dry and no flavor.
