Red Lobster

We dined at Red Lobster for a birthday lunch, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The service was attentive and friendly, and our food was absolutely delicious. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits were fresh, warm, and just as irresistible as ever! We truly enjoyed our celebration and look forward to returning soon.

Danielle J. was absolutely amazing and truly made our night so special. We had a pretty large group celebrating a birthday, which I know isn’t always easy, but she handled everything like a pro. She was calm, organized, and somehow managed to make each of us feel taken care of the entire time. What really stood out was her attitude, she was so warm, upbeat, and genuinely kind. You could tell she cared about making the celebration feel special, not just getting through a big table. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced service that thoughtful and seamless. Danielle is a total standout, and she played such a big part in making the birthday unforgettable. We’re so grateful for her!

I placed an order on 2/18/26 for a family meal (Ultimate Feast) and Stuff Mushrooms for delivery which, half of my order was missing including mushrooms. I spoke with the manager on duty (Jamie) who was pleasant and issued me a full refund on the order. I followed up on 2/20/26 and spoke with a male manager who advised the refund would be issued in 2-3 business days. On 2/21/26 I followed up again and spoke with Ashley that stated it takes 5-7 business days. Fast forward to today 2/27/26 I reached back out and spoke with the manager Ashley who was extremely rude. When inquiring about the status of the refund she acted as if she couldn’t pull the information and stated she will call back. We had the BEST waitress, Miss Shayla! She was very attentive and kind and answered all of our questions about the menu!

We did not have to wait to be seated. We went right in after I got off work , the service was good. The food was good.I enjoy it myself and I and I love the server miss shalya i might not spell her name right , but she was excellent 💞
