Red Lobster

Visiting red lobster this afternoon. Felt very welcoming, our Server Kayla was very attentive with us at all time. She was amazing! :)) food was Great!!!

Had my lovely fiancé along and tried out the seafood boil and calamari side. Calamari was delicious serving size was definitely enough for 2 and as well with the mariners seafood boil which we shared. Our server was great lovely people working there and will come back for sure 👍🏾

Pleasant experience.. Ordered Wednesday special, Lobster tail & Sirloin $24.99. Delicious and would definitely order it again . Service was excellent

I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this one is warranted and it’s the only way I can communicate this without a trip back to the restaurant. We had 3 Red Lobster gift cards given to us for Christmas, and decided to use them tonight at this location. First I tried to place an order online, but realized that I couldn’t add all 3 gift cards to pay for the order, so I called. First, I got an AI Bot who took my entire order. I successfully answered all of the questions about the sides we wanted, and at the end, the bot told me it was having trouble understanding, so it transferred me to an agent. I was then transferred to an agent from an outsourced company overseas. When I tried to place the order with them, I explained that there is a shellfish allergy for the person getting the parmesan

Our server Nikki beautiful inside and out she was very lovely and had a very kind and bubbly personality. She was a joy to be around. The food and atmosphere was perfect.
