Red Lobster

We had a delicious dinner at red lobster with crab leg, steak and clam chowder. Our waitress Sydney was phenomenal.

First of all let me say that my family normally lives eating here. I have never had a genuine complaint until tonight. My son and I surprised my wife with a Valentine's dinner there tonight, I made a reservation for 6:45pm. Understanding that it's Valentine's Day, I knew there would still probably be a little bit of a wait. The wait time was almost an hour. Once we were seated our waitress took our order. We received our biscuits and side salads in a timely manner. Our main courses on the other hand took almost another 1.5 hours to arrive. Again, I understand that it's Valentine's Day, but when I see people who were seated at the same time we were and leave before we even get our food I became a little perturbed. The waitress was really nice and just kept apologizing, and I knew it

Our waitress and Emily were absolutely amazing. From the moment we sat down, they were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. They made us feel so welcome and taken care of the whole time. The food was incredible — everything came out hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. Honestly, every bite was a win. You can tell there’s real care put into both the kitchen and the service here. This was hands-down the best service I’ve ever had at any restaurant, and one of the best dining experiences overall. Huge shoutout to our waitress and Emily for making our night unforgettable. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🙌🍤

Got to the restaurant at 3:10 and had a 20 minute wait to get a table. After being sat for a few minutes a waitress came and said she would be with us in a few minutes.She never came back. We waited at our table for 30 minutes before someone even took our drink order and then another 10 after that to even get the drinks. When we finally got our drinks we went ahead and ordered and when they brought the food out the seafood boil we ordered was decent but honestly not very hot/fresh, and my steak was a little undercooked to how I ordered. I was brought the wrong side to my meal, so I got my side salad after they brought out my entree. Service was decent but could definitely tell they didn’t think we would tip by this point so we weren’t a high priority for them. Definitely not worth the $75

I'm back in town for a quick visit. We had a big group of people and they did their best to accommodate. The food is as delicious as I remember. Those darn biscuits are just so good. There were no shortages of them at our tables. Drinks were constantly topped, and the food was just delicious! Service was spectacular. We literally didn't have to ask for anything. They were on top of everything.
