Red Lobster

Best time to go eat some lobster!! Superbowl sunday no crowds and nice quiet atmosphere!! I did not know the menu has changed so much for the better. Hardly any deepfried choices now. I had the Lobsterchops and Lobster with coleslaw(delicious) and mashed potatoes and my honey had a very well cooked steak with baked potato and coleslaw . Perfect end of a busy day moving fences!!

My husband wanted Red Lobster for his birthday, so we went to the one at Cottonwood. He usually frequent the one on the other side of town, but this is closer to home. First, let me say our waiter, Joseph S, was amazing and extremely patient with us. I had not been to a Red Lobster in a while and was having trouble deciding. He could not have been more helpful and friendly. I was a little disappointed when the cheddar biscuits came out. They seemed a little old and didn't have that good flavor I remember. My husband loves the clam chowder, but didn't think it was quite up to the quality that he is used to. As for the rest of the meal, it was fantastic. We went to dinner for my wife's birthday because she wanted lobster. I had never been to a Red Lobster and she had not been in years. The experience was excellent, the food, value and service were all spot on. Our server Chris was super friendly and very attentive (10 out of 10), he was great! The price we paid for what we got was an excellent value, we will be back.

I brought my family for my birthday dinner tonight at 6:30 to be told by the rude waitress we can only sit at the bar ... Never had an issue before and hopefully the server has a better night so she can treat loyal customers better... Definitely NOT recommending this place anymore, customer service must have gone Wayyyy down. Sad to experience, especially on your birthday.

It’s been a While since I’ve been able to walk into a restaurant and feel peace and serenity seeing the staff having wonderful communication with one another, seeing them help each other out when It got busy for a little bit and handling different circumstances with customers and keeping a smile throughout the whole dining experience was a really beautiful way to enjoy a meal. When I tell you, you can taste the love in this food I’m not lying
