Everything was as pictured and fresh. Our server Cheryl was super efficient, friendly and on top of things!
Lida was amazing! She served myself and 2 daughters dinner tonight and I’ve never been happier. She was so sweet and attentive especially with a large group she was serving! She never missed a beat and I hope next time I dine it is with her! Give this lady a raise because she juggled 6 tables and did not disappoint my family! Great job Lida!!!!
I recently visited Red Lobster expecting a typical dining experience, but it turned out to be much more than that. Not only was the food excellent, but my server, Jacob, was outstanding. He was extremely polite, engaging, and attentive, I never once had to ask for a drink refill because he was always on top of it. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this location to anyone in the Hagerstown area. Thank you Jacob!!
I want to point out that our waitress Jordan was amazing. She was ready to help with suggestions from the menu and made it easy for me to order and her suggestion did not disappoint. Her friendly disposition made us feel welcomed.
I never order online. However tonight I did. My food arrived hot and delicious. A very special thanks to Red lobster and my delivery driver! My order arrived really quick! Great job!
