Red Lobster

Came for the lobsterfest... the food was just OK. Took most of my meal home to doctor it up for a better taste. Service was good. This restaurant needs interior upgrading. Meals were a little overpriced for what you get.

What’s going on with this red lobster. Oh my, we understand when you are short handed, let’s just say that. We go to our table and get seated, I immediately see food on our seats, so I see clean napkins so I use them. The floor is bad there were tables with dirty dishes on them. The servers must have been stretched out across the restaurant. Keep in mind it was around 3pm on Saturday. The only thing I could say was. Come on man. The bathroom could get some attention

I haven’t been to this location in a while. Partly because of moving out of the area. Last time I went, over a year ago, my booth was cleaned properly and I got cut from broken glass on the seat area. This time our server Dale was about average however my meal came out burnt. I sent it back immediately and stated I couldn’t eat it. After waiting for the remake of my meal the new one was still burnt and instead of being on a plate like placed in a bowl. In my opinion I think they may have redid the lobster tails but just dumped everything else from the plate to the bowl. Instead of the shrimp being on the bed of rice it was the salmon. Also, with such an issue a manager never came to try and address my concerns and I was still charged full price for the common meal that was burnt and over $

We hadn't been for a few years and what a let down! My husband and I took a bite of our biscuit and said at the same time they're not as good as they were. He got the Admiral's Feast, and the fish was thin as paper. The bay scallops were the size of a penny. We live in a fishing village and nothing was close. Very overpriced! Our server was very nice but that's the only good part. Lesson learned won't go back.

So first off it was busy but that didn't stop the overall experience . Everything was still good .Our Waitress I can't remember her name she was older & patient & sweet.The food was Hot & Reasonable considering as busy as they were .Great overall🤎
