Red Lobster

My husband and I visited for lunch on Valentine's Day, and had the best time! It was our first time. visiting Red Lobster. Our waitress, Laurie, made the entire experience even better, with her bright spirit and excellent attitude. You can tell she's mastered her role, as I didn't have to ask for anything. She anticipated EVERY need! On top of that, she was just a sweetheart, and I loved her style. I hope next time I come, Laurie is there!!

Great food and amazing service! Laurie C. was an excellent waitress. She was kind and very attentive, anticipating our needs beforehand! The food was delicious. We had the new Mariner's boil and the classic Parrot Isle Shrimp, both absolutely delicious!

We live around the corner from the Red Lobster at I10 & 1604. We go a few times a month…the main draw for us is the service, because it’s always exceptional! They are genuinely glad you’re there. Shout out to Kimberly and Laurie, who are our usual servers. Last time we were there, our server was Joel, who was also great. They are always spot on with their timing and have never had to go look for them and they’ve never gotten anything wrong. This is the first review I’ve done that the whole first paragraph is about wait staff! Now the food…I know they’ve been around for decades, but the one thing we can count on is consistency. First time at this Red Lobster location and first time in five years eating again at this chain restaurant. Quality has definitely improved! Plenty of free parking. Handicapped accessible. Seated immediately, pleasant booths, quiet atmosphere, felt spacious and unhurried. Joel, our excellent server, provided friendly, professional service, refilled drinks and was attentive to our needs. Food arrived hot and quickly. Large menu selection with fair prices for quality seafood selections. You can find relatively inexpensive options up to fairly expensive, so there’s something for most budgets. We decided to sample the bacon wrapped scallops which were large, with perfectly cooked smoky bacon, clam chowder and Caesar salad. Laurie was our waitress. Very attentive throughout our time there. Checking in constantly without hovering. Offered to hold off on the placing food order til salad was almost complete allowing us to enjoy every moment. Always offering to bring fresh bread when she noticed our basket had run low. Friendly and charismatic. Definitely making the trip worth it. Caesar salad was fresh and evenly tossed. No piece was left unsauced. Cod sandwich was huge for the price and came out perfectly seasoned and hot. Will definitely be back and asking to be sat in Laurie's section.
