I had an amazing experience at Red Lion Café. The customer service was excellent and very attentive. They had a great variety of food options, and every one of my six family members found something they enjoyed. I ordered the cheeseburger served on a glazed sticky bun — something I’ve never tried before — and it was the perfect combination of salty and sweet. Truly unique and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely outstanding experience at Red Lion. The food was fresh and phenomenal, every dish exceeded expectations. The service was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole visit even better. The atmosphere was warm and inviting—perfect for a great night out.

I drove an hour for dinner at Red Lion Cafe and Restaurant in Pine Grove, PA, and it was absolutely worth it! I had the Windy City Cheesesteak with hand-cut fries, and my daughter enjoyed the Steakhouse Mac and Cheese Skillet — both were delicious. I loved the cheesesteak so much I even took another one home to share! I tried the Pumpkin Patch Apple Jack, which had amazing fall flavor, and they even made a virgin version for my daughter that she loved. For dessert, we shared the Banana Cake with Cream Cheese Icing and Coconut Cream Cake — both were excellent. Great food, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

Drove an hour for dinner at Red Lion Cafe and Restaurant in Pine Grove, Pennsylvania, and it was absolutely delicious and well worth the drive!!! I had the Steakhouse Mac and Cheese Skillet and a Windy City Cheese Steak with perfectly crispy hand-cut fries. To drink, I enjoyed the Pumpkin Patch Apple Jack—incredible flavor! They even made a virgin version for my daughter, which she loved. For dessert, we shared a slice of Banana Cake with Cream Cheese Icing and a Coconut Cream Cake—both were outstanding. Highly recommend this spot for great food and warm hospitality!

Where do I start? Well I was doing a job in the area and looked for a place nearby to have lunch. The Red Lion Cafe was one of them and heard a little about it so it was the choice to go to. Before hand I did what everyone else does by entering the men’s bathroom reading “reviews”. Most were positive and the negative ones made me laugh because just from reading some of them, you could tell they are people looking for handouts. Simply pathetic and it actually made me want to go there even more seeing the owner responding to negativity with exactly what happened. An owner who doesn’t allow the bs is definitely one I will and want to support, because the handout cult simply is disgraceful. Anyway this isn’t about me, the seating was quick and waitress was very polite helping out on the order.
