Red Line BBQ

Our first time at Red Line BBQ and it won’t be our last. My husband got the Southern Charm smash burger and I got a weekly special burger called the Aloha burger. Both were fantastic! Perfectly thin and crispy with so much flavor and still moist! Each smash burger is served with fries and those were absolutely perfect and crispy! Their BBQ sauces are refrigerated in a small self serve refrigerator. We tried every sauce and each one was unique and delicious. This place is serving up incredible food!

Everything I've tried so far was absolutely delicious! Mac N cheese, soooo good. Smash burger was anything but boring. Fries, nice and seasoned and crispy. My hubs got the pulled pork and loved it. Zero complaints here!

I've eaten here twice now, and the food is DELICIOUS. I had a brisket sandwich the first visit and a pulled pork sandwich the second. The meat comes with no sauce on it -- a "sauce fridge" is stocked with probably 6 or 7 different kinds of BBQ sauce to use as you please. The only thing I didn't care for was the atmosphere -- country music and schlocky signs aren't my thing. Regardless, I'll overlook the aesthetics for the fabulous barbecue!

Stopped here opening day and have been back at least three times since. Everything has been excellent! My favorites so far being the brisket and pulled chicken. They have several unique bbq sauces that pair well with their bbq. Give Skeeters and Southern bbq a rest and try some authentic bbq at Redline! Your taste buds will be thanking you!

WAY OVERPRICED ITS INSANE. $45 for a chicken sandwich with fries, and a brisket sandwich with fries. Food is BASIC. I assume most people doordash because the place is NOT comfortable or welcoming to sit in. Looks dirty, feels damp. It seems like it was a storefront converted (and not well).
