The most authentic Chinese food I've had anywhere in New Mexico. I came specifically for the eggplant and it was delicious! The green beans and the spicy dry fried chicken equally so. I would drive from Las Cruces just to eat at this restaurant - in fact I intend to make another trip just to come here. The atmosphere is welcoming and enjoyable and there are tables for groups of any size. The staff are attentive to the guests and can make great menu recommendations if you're less familiar with Chinese cuisine. The chef from Tianjin truly makes delicious food and I can't wait to come back to explore more of the menu (but I'm definitely getting the eggplant every time).
We’re visiting from Los Angeles and were genuinely surprised to find such authentic Sichuan food in Albuquerque! The flavors are incredibly authentic — bold, numbing, spicy, and aromatic with real depth. It’s not just heat for the sake of heat, but a rich fragrance and lingering aftertaste that truly reminds us of home. We especially recommend the grilled fish and Mao Xue Wang. The cooking was spot on — perfectly balanced seasoning, tender meats, and flavorful ingredients throughout. It honestly tastes just like a high-quality Sichuan restaurant back in China. The service was warm and welcoming. The owner was very friendly and took the time to patiently introduce the dishes. The restaurant is clean and well-kept, and the food came out quickly. It’s not easy to find this level of authentic
My meal here was very delicious and I could really taste the fresh ingredients.Their spicy chili sauce was fragrant and addictive. I ordered the twice cooked pork dish, spicy chili wontons and Dan Dan noodles. Everything was excellent. Although we were the only ones in the restaurant, the service was not very good and the waiter was in the back most of the time and did not really check up on us. Other than this is one of the best Chinese meals I’ve ever eaten.
Interesting spot In Petroglyphs Plaza: good Asian cuisine. We opted for spicy: wontons in chili oil & Singapore Mei Fun. Both items tasted freshly made and enough spice level.
"Werewolves Of London" "I saw a werewolf with a Chinese menu in his hand.. Walking through the streets of Soho in the rain.. "Red Chilli House".. for Mid Noon lunch. Our Chef Patronne greeted us with smiles.. We shared a most delish dish of Grilled Eggplant in Garlic Sauce, each bite was a nice kiss of sweet eggplant and garlic heat. It was accompanied w. Sides of steam rice & red chilli sauce.. Washed down w. Rain Water and Sapporo Beer. A fun Chinese Eatery worthy of repeat visits when done..
