Customer Reviews
We found this BBQ join by accident. Great food and price. Don't forget to order their bake beans and corn breads. I am stuffed and didn't try their elote (sweet corn)
Was attending a concert at the LBC and wanted to have dinner close by, chose the Red BeeBBQ in Windsor. I ordered the tri-tip/beef brisket with a side of mac & cheese and their cornbread with honey butter, had my food in just a few minutes. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the prices were reasonable. There are tables inside and out. Mac & cheese was very cheesy and good, but I couldn’t place what spices were used. A slightly different flavor from what I expect from Mac and Cheese but tasty. I did like the fact that they did not skimp on the cheese, very creamy. I chose the 1- meat, 2-sides combo. The brisket was plentiful - tender and flavorful. It was just warm, that’s my only constructive criticism - I would’ve hoped it was hot or at least warmer than it was. As far
I have been coming here for while now and last two times I’ve been in the Windsor location I ordered brisket was charged extra for brisket and was given tri tip. I never had this happen at Santa Rosa location so I called and asked why and he swore up and down it was. Thinly cut tri tip taste a lot different then thick malty chunks of brisket. Sorry guys I don’t like being cheated and then lied to I won’t return to this location
Absolutely delicious BBQ. Tried the brisket and ribs and it was so good that i came back the next day for breakfast to order the exact same thing. The brisket is so tender it wants to just fall apart, and is wonderfully fatty. Huge portions for the price. The owner is extremely friendly also. 2 thumbs up for the keto traveller.
While this place violated my barbecue rule (there must be visible smoke coming out of the business), Red Bee has some pretty good barbecue, and who doesn’t love a place with a lunch special. I got the brisket and pulled pork and both were nice and smoky, with a good house bbq sauce. The beans were decent as well, and it was interesting that there were a few other types of veg in the beans. The cornbread was excellent and really light and fluffy.
