Rebel Dog Coffee Co. BERLIN (TAKEOUT ONLY)

I stopped in on Friday to grab a coffee and a quick bite. When I arrived (around 11am) it was not busy, only a couple people ahead of me. I could see the staff answering questions and helping the customers with their orders. I ordered a large hazelnut latte and a cinnamon scone. The process to order was relatively fast, order went in and within a few minutes I was out the door. The atmosphere is cool, it’s more of a grab and go location with no tables or seats inside. The location is smaller so there wouldn’t be a lot of room to enjoy on-site compared to there other locations, however with that being said it’s setup for more a grab and go rather than enjoy onsite. Solid coffee and solid food. Cold brew was good, cinnamon scone and apple fritter were both good. The cinnamon roll can be skipped, it's mid at best.

Love the lattes here. They use quality oat milk and espresso. I also got a matcha latte which was great because there was no sweetener in the matcha. Much better than the big chains. The sandwiches are definitely worth a try as well. Take out only, but customer service is always friendly.

Great local coffee and bakery/food place. Good selection of coffee choices from your standard espressos to a seasonal selection that rotates often keeping it fresh. It’s not bad for the coffee. Not sure if I’d purchase lunch or other items just not my style and not sure there is much rotation of items? I could be wrong. Very clean atmosphere, mainly takeout not a place to sit and converse. Come check them out and be a Rebel!

Honestly, it’s just become outrageously expensive for the portions. You can get the same quality espresso drinks or coffee at many other small business spots around where their small is larger AND cheaper than the small at rebel dog. A wrap and the smallest size latte still ended up being $18-20 (I made no adjustments and got whole milk in the drink), even with a discount (that took off a dollar? Why have it at all). The wrap was missing one of the ingredients that’s usually in it and was a lot smaller than it normally is when I’ve gotten it at other locations. Aint worth. Also for those complaining about no seating: they can’t provide seating being they do not have space for a customer bathroom, something that is required if you provide seating. That’s why they’re take out only.
